Weber 38 DGAS carburettor kit, part number 1893091200A to fit the Ford 2.3 Cologne V6 engine.  

It is automatic water choke operation & supplied with  petrol pipe & clips, autochoke joining pipe, clips & base block & full fitting instructions. 
It is suitable for manual & automatic gearboxes.

The original air filter can be used with the adaptor supplied.
