Weber 45 DCOE 152 carburettors with 5 progression holes as a specific fitment for the Ford 16v Zetec 2.0 engine.

This engine requires the extra drilling to overcome flat-spots with transition from idle to main jet circuitry.

This prevents having to use excessively rich idle jets.

Further changes to the supplied jetting should be made depending on engine specification & can be supplied at extra cost as required.

The air horn fitted length is 60mm

Settings are as follows:

Chokes 36mm,
A.vents 4.5,
Mains 145,
Airs 155,
Idles 55F8,
Pumps 45,
B/Bleed 40,
Em.tubes F16,
N/Valve 200.
